DEHRADUN, 22 Nov: The Rashtriya Indian Military College organised a Prefectural Leadership Development Workshop on 21 November at the Pegasus HRD Development Campus located at the base of Bhadraj, Mussoorie. A batch of twenty-five Senior Cadets, who would assume administrative responsibilities in the next term, attended the Workshop. It was conducted by three Resource Persons –corporate mentor Commander Deepak Adhar, Samrat Chauhan and the two time GTO, Colonel Bisht. It was a fun filled day of learning for the Cadets, and an enriching experience that instilled administrative acumen, sense of responsibility and officer like qualities. The tasks that Cadets performed gave them a taste of the SSB interview that they would be facing in next term. Founded in 1997, Pegasus is now a pan-India institution, present in Bangalore, Pune, Bhubaneswar, Dehradun and Pondicherry. It has an overseas footprint in UK, Canada, Sri Lanka, China, Nepal, Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand.
