Pauri, 9 Jul: A GMOU bus going from Baijro in Pauri District to Kotdwar went out of control today near Reethakhal and plunged five hundred metres downhill. Three persons died including the driver and a young girl. Twenty-one people have suffered injuries, of whom 6 are in serious condition and have been referred to a higher centre in Kotdwar. The bus was shattered into pieces. Driver Vinod Bahuguna, resident of Kotdwar, Niharika (14) of Simbalchaur, and an unidentified person died in the accident. The CM has expressed grief at the accident.
