Dehradun, 26 Apr: A total of seven matches were played, here, today in the 74th District Cricket League organised by the District Cricket Association.
Four matches were played amongst teams belonging to Division-A. A nail-biting match was played between Ayush Cricket Academy and Aryan Cricket Academy. The match was played at Ayush Cricket Academy. Ayush Cricket Academy won the toss and opted to bat. Finally, Aryan Cricket Academy won the match by 8 wickets. The next match was played at Doon Cricket Academy between Doon Cricket Academy and UPES. UPES defeated Doon Cricket Academy by 9 wickets. The third match was played between Baru Sports Club and Doon Baluni Sports Academy. The match was played in Ayush Cricket Academy. Doon Baluni Sports Academy won the match by 7 wickets. The last match played in Division-A was between RPCA and Purohit Cricket Academy. The match was played at Tanush Cricket Ground. RPCA, after winning the toss, opted to bat and went on to win the match by 196 runs.
Three matches were played between teams of Division-B. Bright Future Cricket Academy and Himalayan Cricket Academy played against each other. The match was played at Doon Baluni Ground. Himalyan Cricket Academy won the match by 5 wickets. Another match was played between Deep Baunthiyal Cricket Academy and Unnati Cricket Club at DIMS University Ground. Deep Baunthiyal Cricket Academy won the match by 82 runs. The third match was played between Drona Sports Club and Doon Indian Cricket Academy at MAMS in Raiwala. Drona Sports Club emerged as the winning team by 182 runs.
