ACS Radha Raturi conducts inspection of section offices

Dehradun, 19 Jan: Additional Chief Secretary (ACS) Radha Raturi has given a deadline of 15 February to the Sections in the Chief Minister’s Office located at the Secretariat to fix all their arrangements, including record maintenance, cleanliness, auction and weeding out of old and unusable items and files.

She had today conducted inspection of various sections in the office at the direction of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami.

The ACS has given instructions to weed out unnecessary files regularly every year. ACS Raturi advised the officers concerned to create a dignified work environment for the employees, along with improving the work culture.  She further issued strict instructions to maintain regular cleanliness of offices, paint them, remove unused items, weed out unnecessary files and take care of the facilities required for the employees to work.

On this occasion, Secretary SN Pandey along with section officers, administrative officers, personnel and other officers of all the six sections of the Chief Minister’s Office were present.
