DEHRADUN, 19 Nov: The AGM of the Dehradun Ex- Services League will be held on 22 December at 10 a.m. at the Dehradun Sainik Institute near the station canteen, Sub Area, Dehradun. All members have been requested to attend the AGM. Points, if any, on ESM problems related to service pension matters will be entertained and may be sent in writing through their Shakha Presidents to Col US Thakur, President, DESL, or to Col BM Thapa, Senior Vice President, DESL, on the official address at 60 F, Subhash Marg, Dehradun by 30 November. The election of the new Executive Body will be for the posts of President, Senior Vice President and Vice President and the rest of the appointments will be nominated by the newly elected President. Only life members can participate in the election. Col GS Cheema will be the Election Officer. Interested candidates may submit their nomination papers to the Election Officer on the official address of Dehradun Ex-Services League. Names of Veer Narees and oldest Veterans over 85 years one each from every Shakha may be forwarded on the office address or personally given to the present President before 5 December, so that they can be felicitated at the AGM. The date of withdrawal of nominations will be 5 December, by 10 a.m.
