DM to hear public complaints 3 days every week

DEHRADUN, 15 Jun:  DM, Ashish Srivastava, has issued an order that he will be available to hear public complaints at District Collector’s Office at the Collectorate from 18 June onwards. According to the order, he will be hearing a maximum of 25 persons per day, three days a week. The order further says that the DM will see people every Monday, Thursday and Saturday between 11 am to 1 pm. The order says that in order to maintain the SOP protocols regarding social distancing, etc., the DM will see a maximum of 25 persons per day.
In order to see the DM, the persons concerned will have to seek an appointment one day prior to the desired day of the meeting on the phone number 0135-2622389. When they come to meet, they will be required to adhere to the protocols and SOPs regarding social distancing and wear masks. ADM (Admin) and ADM (Finance and Revenue) as well as the SDMs will also be available for hearing public complaints on the same days and time, 3 times a week, unless they have some other emergent duty to perform. The DM has further directed all Heads of the district level offices to do the same in their offices.
