On the occasion of ‘Zamling Chisang’ (universal prayer day) the Doon Buddhist Committee contributed 108 trees for the rejuvenation of Rispana River and participated in the plantation drive organised by the Forest Department at Makhredi Village near Shikar Fall and along the Rispana river. A team of forest officials under the charge of SC Verma (Range Officer), Home Guards, Tara Foundation, Tibetan Environment Club, Vimala, local Pradhan, villagers, etc., participated in this event.
