Haridwar, 23 Apr: The first session of the newly formed political party, ‘Ekam Sanatan Bharat’, was held today at Jairam Ashram, here. More than one thousand members across the country participated in the meeting.
The new party was formed after local ‘Ekjutt Jammu Party’, which was active in Jammu and registered with the Election Commission, chose to establish its presence pan-India with the name, ‘Ekam Sanatan Bharat Dal’. Its National President is Advocate Ankur Sharma, who got the High Court to end the ‘Land Jihad’ being run by all the political parties and governments in Jammu by enacting the Roshni Act.
In 2018, Ankur Sharma also got the Supreme Court’s order to end the minority rights of Muslims in the Kashmir Valley, which, he said, the Narendra Modi Government at the Centre has not been able to implement till date. Sharma is also fighting the case to free the Mata Vaishnodevi Shrine Board from government control.
Ever since the announcement of the ‘Ekam Sanatan Bharat Dal’ was made, it has been the centre of discussion on social media, especially regarding its ‘Sapta Siddhanta’.
“After independence, it is the only political party to enter the elections keeping eternal values and standards before it. By declaring our ‘Sapta Siddhanta’, the party has made it clear on which values it is going to contest the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Our election manifesto is yet to come, which we have discussed in detail in the meeting with our members. The process of taking public opinion from every corner of the country has also started,” said Sharma.
He added, “Ekam Sanatan Bharat Dal is more of a movement than a political party, whose objective is the renaissance of Sanatan culture and protection of Sanatan Samaj, the Temple and Cows. The party’s founding members have unanimously taken an oath by placing their hands on the Gita that they will work according to the seven principles of this party.”
The Dal alleges that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), which came to power on the basis of Hindu votes, has not done any work for the benefit of Hindus. On the other hand, other religious communities are being given a lot of benefits in the name of appeasement. BJP has been in power since 2014 but till now the slaughter of cows has not been banned, Hindu temples have not been freed from government control and minority appeasement is being carried out.
The Dal will take all such issues before the public. It will also sensitise the masses on how all political parties are keeping them away from their real issues by fighting among themselves.
The Dal’s Sapt Siddhantas are: 1. Amending the Constitution to define Minority as a Religious/Linguistic group constituting less than 5% of the total population of the country. Declaring Bharat as a “Natural Homeland” for Sanatanis, enabling full citizenship rights for them. 2. Ending State Government Control of Hindu Temples. Immediate Reconstruction and re-establishment of the Ancient Sun Temple, “Martand”, in Kashmir; “Shri Krishna Janambhoomi” at Mathura and Gyanvapi Teertha Kshetra at Kashi (Varanasi). 3. Separation of Hindu Majority Jammu Province from Kashmir; Division of Kashmir into 2 Union Territories and reorganisation of Jammu Province as a full-fledged state. 4. Complete Ban on Cow Slaughter and declaring the Holy Cow, Maa Ganga and Shri Ram Setu as symbols of National Heritage. 5. Immediate Repeal/termination of the Waqf Act, Places of Worship Act 1991 and Sachar Committee Recommendations; Amending Article 30 of the Constitution of India enabling Hindus to establish and autonomously administer Educational Institutions of their choice. 6. Reversing and arresting Demographic Invasion with immediate restoration of demographic balance in worst affected areas. 7. Holistic Sustainable Development based upon 6 Pillars of True History, culture; spirituality, Local Language & Environmental Consciousness.
