All the arrangements have been chalked out for the efficient conduct of the Yatra. Care is being taken to ensure that no more passengers reach the four Dhams than the carrying capacity. In view of the increasing number of passengers, necessary instructions have already been given to the officers to ensure proper arrangements. Special care is being taken to ensure that the pilgrims coming to Chardham do not face any kind of problem during the journey. The administration has been asked to make arrangements for water, milk, fruits, etc.
The Tourism Minister has requested all the hotel and restaurant owners to leave no stone unturned in the welfare of the passengers, and not overcharging. He urged taxi owners and drivers to also inform the passengers about other religious and tourist places of the state so that the pressure on the four dhams can be reduced.
He has asked visitors to use masks and sanitisation during the journey.
