Dehradun, 14 Nov: On the occasion of Children’s Day, St Patrick’s Academy organised a fun-filled, colourful programme for its students, here, today. The teachers entertained the children with their dance performances, songs and by conducting games for them in the school auditorium. The children, who are inherently in always a cheerful mood, joined the festivities and danced with gay abandon as well.
School Principal Bro Joseph congratulated the children and reminded them that ‘childhood is the best stage in our lives’, thus they should enjoy it to the maximum.
Once the programme got over, the party continued in the lawns of the school, where children danced and frolicked around with their friends. The cake cutting ceremony, to commemorate the day, was conducted in all the Kindergarten Classrooms.
