Dehradun, 25 May: Governor Baby Rani Maurya will distribute awards to winners of Governor’s Cup Golf Tournament 2019 at Ball Room in Rajbhawan Nainital at 3:30 PM on 26th May. On the second day of the three days golf tournament total 40 golfers showcased their performance. On the first day 68 players participated in the tournament. 07 veteran golfers had played on 22nd May. Total 115 players participated in the tournament till the evening of the second day. Best golfer will be announced on Saturday on the basis of cut of list of first forty players of the last round. Referee Rajesh Jairath appointed by International Golf Union will announce the results. Cultural programs were organized during the event where local folk artists performed.
Governor Baby Rani Maurya, Secretary to Governor Ramesh Kumar Sudhanshu, Legal Advisor Kahkashan Khan, ADC Dr. Aseem Shrivastva (P), ADC Rachita Juyal, Deputy Secretary Vikram Yadav, Senior physician to Rajbhawan Dr. A. K. Singh, Deputy Director information Nitin Upadhyay including golfers and representatives of Media and sponsor institutes were present there.
