MUSSOORIE, 9 Feb: A free counseling health camp was
organised by social activists Raghuveer Singh Rawat and Sameer Panwar in Kempty area near Mussoorie, here, today. Hundreds of villagers took advantage.
Doctors tested the health of the villagers and provided
information on staying healthy. On this occasion, doctors taught yoga in the morning and stressed on eating from time to time. They said that most illnesses could be overcome by doing yoga, so all people should wake up in the morning and practice it. On this occasion, blankets were also distributed to poor
villagers by social workers. Rawat and Panwar said that
they continued to do social work in the area and the health camp was part of it. They said that there was no hospital in Kempty area; people had to depend on Mussoorie for health services. They thanked the public representatives of the area and the villagers for making the health camp a success. Present on the occasion were Anil Nautiyal, Ravindra Rawat, Shishu Mandir School Principal Mahendra Singh Bhadoria, Jitendra, Shubham Kandari and others.
