Mumbai, 26 Nov: The Governor of Maharashtra, Bhagat Singh Koshyari, read out the preamble of the Constitution of India along with the staff and officers of Raj Bhavan, here, on Thursday.
Officers and staff reiterated the resolve of the nation to further constitute India into a Sovereign Socialist Secular and Democratic Republic on the occasion.
