Dehradun, 28 Mar: Lok Sabha MP from Haridwar and former Union Minister Dr Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’ reached the Vidhan Sabha, today, and participated in the pujas performed by the newly nominated ministers.
Dr Nishank attended the worship undertaken in the offices of former Speaker of the Legislative Assembly and Cabinet Minister Premchand Agarwal, Speaker Ritu Khanduri and Cabinet Minister Saurabh Bahuguna. Dr Nishank congratulated everyone on their achievements.
Earlier, Speaker Ritu Khanduri and Cabinet Minister Saurabh Bahuguna met Nishank at his residence. Various issues concerning the state were discussed during the meeting.
Nishank assured them that the state would continue to get full support from the Centre under the leadership of PM Modi. The double engine government would work to take the state to the top in the coming 5 years.
