Dehradun, 17 Mar: Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi today inaugurated a newly renovated community hall at Kuthalwali in Johri village, under the Mussoorie Vidhan Sabha constituency here.
The renovation has been completed at a cost of Rs 10.83 lakh. On the occasion, he extended his congratulations and best wishes to the local residents, stating that the upgraded facility will provide better infrastructure for social and cultural activities.

The Minister said that the state government is continuously working towards the overall development of rural areas, and such infrastructure projects significantly enhance public amenities at the local level. He added that a community hall serves as a focal point of social unity in a village, where various events and activities help strengthen community bonds.
During the visit, Ganesh Joshi also participated in a Shiv Mahapuran Katha held at the community hall. He listened to the discourse and prayed for the prosperity and well-being of the state and the region.
On this occasion, Mandal President Rajeev Gurung, Jyoti Kotiya, Sandhya Thapa, Sukhdev Gurung, Sunil Gurung, Harish Sharma, Kamal Shahi, along with members of the Senior Citizens Committee and Ex-Servicemen Welfare Committee, and a large number of local residents were also present.
