Minister Joshi condoles demise of former DSP Raghubir Singh

Dehradun, 15 Dec: Cabinet Minister Ganesh Joshi, today, expressed his condolences on the sudden demise of Raghubir Singh, the father of former councillor Bhupendra Singh Kathaith, and a retired Police Deputy Superintendent.

Upon receiving the news on Sunday morning, Joshi visited the residence of Bhupendra Kathaith and paid his heartfelt tribute to the departed soul by draping a shawl over the mortal remains of Raghubir Singh.

The late Raghubir Singh, aged 78, passed away late on Saturday evening due to cardiac arrest. He is survived by his son, Bhupendra Kathaith, and the rest of his family. On this occasion, hundreds of party and local area members, including Mandal President Pradeep Rawat, paid floral tribute to the departed soul. Raghubir Singh had served for 14 years in Uttarakhand and retired from the position of DSP. He was also honoured twice with the President’s Award.
