Dehradun, 29 Dec: In the ongoing junior national championship at Chandigarh, Uttarakhand’s team won its 1st round matches in the team events for, both, boys and girls.
The Uttarakhand boys defeated Odisha, and Uttarakhand girls defeated Kerala in Singles’ category. The Uttarakhand team played competitively and displayed exemplary soft tennis skills to defeat the states of Kerala & Odisha. Uttarakhand will play Gujarat in the next round of team events.
