Dhami urges BJP Youth to lead from front in building developed U’khand

Dehradun, 2 Feb: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami today called upon BJP youth workers to strengthen the organisation through discipline, a spirit of service and sustained public outreach. He asserted that that the young party cadres can play a decisive role in the construction of a developed Uttarakhand.

Addressing a meeting of the Bharatiya Janata Party Yuva Morcha at the state BJP headquarters here, today, Dhami said the responsibility of nation-building through state-building rests significantly on the shoulders of the youth. The occasion was an introductory meeting of newly appointed state office-bearers and district presidents of the Yuva Morcha, where the CM and state general secretary (Organisation) Ajaey Kumar guided the newly appointed functionaries and workers.

Encouraging the youth workers, Dhami urged them to ensure their active role in strengthening the party organisation by adhering to organisational discipline, cultivating a service-oriented approach and expanding grassroots-level public connect. Recalling his own experiences as BJYM leader, he described youth workers as the backbone of the party, saying it is their energy and dedication that enable welfare schemes of the government to reach the last person in society.

On the occasion, state general secretary (Organisation) Ajaey Kumar elaborated on the organisation’s functioning, sense of responsibility and forthcoming programmes. He provided guidance to all the newly appointed state office-bearers and district presidents on the party’s policies, principles and ideological framework, and stressed the need to work collectively with team spirit to strengthen the organisation up to the booth level.

During the meeting, all the office-bearers of BJYM reaffirmed their commitment to the organisation and resolved to play an active and dedicated role in further strengthening the party. State BJP general secretary Kundan Parihar, Sate General Secretary Tarun Bansal, State Secretary Neha Joshi, Yuva Morcha state in-charge and state minister Aditya Chauhan, state BJYM president Vipul Mendoli, state general secretaries Mulayam Singh and Deep Koshyari, among others were among those present on the occasion.
