Dehradun, 8 Jul: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has approved investment of Rs 1.43 crore for the construction of 200 hand pumps in the Assembly constituency Bhagwanpur of Haridwar district, Rs 3.16 crore for Roorkee city sewerage and Rs 4.50 crore for the replacement of damaged distribution pipelines in New Haridwar Model Colony and Govindpuri.
The Chief Minister has also approved the approval of a scheme of Rs 2.54 crore for the purchase of Automatic Analyser System IS 3025 Part 82-83 for testing standards in the district level laboratories located in Garhwal and Kumaon regions established in the state of Uttarakhand.
The Chief Minister has approved the sanction of Rs 6.02 crore for various works of revival/treatment of Gadul River (tributary of Song River) of Dehradun district and Rs 4.17 crore for various works of revival/treatment of Kamal Ganga River of Uttarkashi district.
The Chief Minister has approved Rs 74.38 lakh for the protective and development work of Okhaldhunga Lake in Champawat Assembly constituency, Rs 56.51 lakh for the beautification of the newly constructed Durga Temple in Bengali Colony in Nanakmatta Assembly constituency of Udham Singh Nagar district, Rs 72.83 lakh for the construction of a Dharamshala in the Maa Mangala Bhagwati Mata Temple premises in Seraghat of Almora Assembly constituency, and Rs 53.18 lakh for the construction of the boundary wall of Lala Om Prakash Gyandeep Girls Inter College under Nyay Panchayat Laldhang of Haridwar Assembly constituency.
