Dehradun, 28 Oct: BJP has claimed that it will register the biggest victory so far in the Kedarnath by-election. State Party President Mahendra Bhatt today described party candidate Asha Nautiyal as the best choice for the people of Kedarnath as well as for the BJP workers. He asserted that on the strength of development, heritage, and identity, the lotus will bloom on this seat with the biggest margin ever and that the reason behind this claim is very clear. He said that BJP will also benefit from the historic development work done in Kedar Valley under the leadership of PM Narendra Modi and CM Pushkar Singh Dhami. He claimed that BJP candidate is not only a simple person but also very accessible, gentle and at the same time very experienced. Besides this, the negative politics of the opposition will also aid the BJP, he asserted.
Bhatt said that Ayushman Yojana for the common people, food from Anna Kalyan Yojana, Ujjwala, and ending the worry of stove due to Chief Minister Free Cylinder Refill Scheme, Uttarakhand in general and Kedarnath Dham in particular have received the benefit of PM Modi’s immense faith and trust in the form of development schemes worth thousands of crores. New records with respect to the number of devotees reaching Kedarnath are being made every day due to the safe and successful management of the Char Dham Yatra. The development of Kedarnath Dham is underway at a rapid pace, which is also constantly boosting the economy of the traders and youth there.
The BJP State President and the Rajya Sabha MP claimed that a major reason for the record victory in Kedarnath will be the fact that Asha Nautiyal has represented this seat twice and has stood with the local residents in times of happiness and sorrow. It is a matter of satisfaction that due to the untimely demise of late MLA Shaila Rani Rawat, the responsibility of fulfilling her incomplete dreams has also been given to another woman.
Bhatt claimed that the Sanatani people of Kedar Valley have made up their minds to show the mirror to the Congress Party in this election because Congress does not want the development of Kedar Valley. During disasters, accidents, etc, the Congress leaders are always engaged in spoiling the image of the Dhams by spreading confusion. The Congress also opposes efforts to preserve regional identity and demography is part of their strategy.
Asha Nautiyal has expressed her gratitude to the central and state leadership for giving her the opportunity as a Kedarnath assembly candidate. She thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP National President JP Nadda, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, State President Mahendra Bhatt, along with all the party officials and workers. Asha Nautiyal said that the construction work of Kedarnath Dham has been going on for the last 10 years under the able leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. Not only the people of Kedarnath but also the devotees coming from the country and abroad are witnesses to how the central and state governments have worked for the development of Kedarnath. She said that under the leadership of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, Uttarakhand is moving forward on the path of continuous development. The state government is continuously working in Kedarnath. The common people are getting the benefit of the double-engine government. Once again, BJP will get the blessings of the people of Kedarnath.
