DEHRADUN, 31 Mar: Olympus High School organized the Annual academic and craft exhibition for 2018-19 in the school premises.
Welcome speech was delivered by Nishtha Chaudhary which was followed by a beautiful dance performance by the senior girls.
The pre-primary section showcased the world of animals. The students of class one presented various dances showing different cultures of India. They also displayed variety of food from different regions.
The theme for Junior Exhibition was Activities and Craft, where they performed a ‘Nukkad Natak’ on ‘Beti Bachao Beti Padhao’. Further, the primary wing show-cased various charts, models on different subjects like nature, terrace farming, noun & pronoun and invention of zero.
The senior section included various other topics in their exhibition like livelihood, Indian architecture, advertisement, and light and disaster management. Exhibition was made more interesting by including themes like ‘The fury of Nature’ and ‘Chemistry Lets explore Mystery’. The children also showed their creativity by designing magazines in M.S. Word, Calendar in Power Point, designing websites and many more.
Principal, Little Flower School, Ratna Manucha was invited as the Chief Guest on the occasion.
Others present on the occasion were Managing Director Kunal Shamshere Malla, Principal Anuradha Malla, Vandana Thakur, Manpreet Singh, Seema Dora & Sheleja Hazarika.
