Dehradun, 15 Dec: The Army has provided an update for the youth who want to join the Indian Army and have passed the Common Entrance Exam (CEE) 2025. The dates for the Agniveer rally have been confirmed by the ARO, Lansdowne. The Recruitment Rally will start on 15 January 2026 at Gabbar Singh Camp, Kotdwar. This rally is being organised for the candidates of 7 districts of Garhwal region falling under Army Recruitment Office (ARO), Lansdowne, under HQ Recruiting Zone (UP & UK).
Eligible candidates from Chamoli, Uttarkashi, Rudraprayag, Tehri Garhwal, Pauri Garhwal, Dehradun and Haridwar districts will be able to participate in this recruitment drive. Only those candidates will be able to participate who have passed the online CEE conducted from 30 June to 10 July 2025.
The recruitment is being done for posts like Agniveer General Duty (GD), Agniveer Clerk/ SKT, Agniveer Technical and Agniveer Tradesman. Eligible candidates can download their admit cards from www.joinindianarmy.com. The admit card mentions the date on which they have to report to the rally ground. In case of any difficulties in downloading admit card candidates are requested to contact ARO Lansdowne in person before 30 December 2025. After 30 December 2025, candidates are requested to call on 7456874057. Candidates must bring all the original documents along with their three photocopies. Mandatory Documents include PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, Online Police Character Certificate, Admit card, twenty coloured passport size photographs, educational qualification certificates, Domicile Certificate, Caste Certificate, School Character certificate. The marksheet of Class 8th is to be countersigned by District Education Officer and Religion Certificate, Character certificate & Unmarried Certificate to be signed by Sarpanch. If applicable, bring Relation certificate, NCC Certificate and sports certificate as mentioned in the rally notification. Affidavit will be prepared at the rally site.
Candidates are strictly advised to stay aware and away from the touts or agents. There are no charges for documentation procedure, physical events and medical examination.
