Dehradun, 31 Mar: The Aryan School conducted its Orientation Programme for the newly enrolled students within the school premises, here, today.
The programme began with an inaugural dance performance by the school students.
The Senior School Coordinator then informed the parents and students about the school policies and rules. The Wellness Coordinator and one of the doctors affiliated with the school shared insights with parents on a child’s emotional, physical and mental well-being.
The Junior Coordinator of the school took the stage next and enlightened the parents and students about the various school policies and programmes for Junior students.
Later, a dance performance was held by the junior and senior students on the theme, exploitation of animals, which left the audience spellbound.
Towards the culmination of the event, the Principal, B Dasgupta, emphasised the profound impact of education beyond academics, highlighting how The Aryan School fosters a nurturing environment for students to grow not only intellectually but also emotionally and socially. She urged parents and students to embrace the school’s ethos of holistic development, inviting them to embark on a journey of exploration, curiosity, and personal growth within the school’s vibrant community.
During her address, she called upon all the HODs, Supervisors and Coordinators and gave a brief introduction about them.
The programme concluded with the singing of the school song by the school choir.
Chairperson Simi Gupta was also present on the occasion, along with the school staff and parents of the newly joined students.
