DEHRADUN, 1 Mar: A group of 50 MBA/BBA/B. Com. students of BFIT along with three faculty members of JBIT group of Institutions, Dehradun were on industrial visit at Himalaya Wellness Company here for exposure to the entrepreneurial eco-system and pharma business in the present scenario.
They visited herbal garden, manufacturing area, transport and material departments among others. They were amazed at the digitally managed activities in varied fields.
President HWC Dehradun unit, S. Farooq enlightened them about the present environment of our country and how best various activities which are inspiring entrepreneurs placing India is one of the leading in pharma industries in the world.
He also told them in his usual style why practical knowledge along with the theoretical is essential. Components of learning and go hand in hand further is also aids in the development of innovative leader ideas and sense of responsibility, confidence and good working habits. He also put stress on ethics in the business
PRO Arvinder Singh Hira proposed vote of thanks and lauded the attentive students. He expressed thanks to Dr S Farooq and his team for their kind hospitality offered during the visit.
