Haridwar, 12 Feb: Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) celebrated its annual ‘Utkrishthta Utsav’ with great fervour in New Delhi, at which ‘Excel Awards’ were conferred on meritorious employees and Units.
Anant Geete, Union Minister of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises, was the Chief Guest and presented the awards at a glittering ceremony, in the presence of Babul Supriyo, Union Minister of State for Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises, and Dr AR Sihag, Secretary, Department of Heavy Industry (DHI).
Atul Sobti, CMD, BHEL; Directors on the Board of BHEL, former Directors, senior officials from the Ministry of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises, families of awardees and BHEL officials, were also present on the occasion.
