BJP win must for continued development of country, state: Dhami

Ramnagar/Someshwar/Kashipur, 10 Apr: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami is campaigning full steam in the state in all the 5 Lok Sabha constituencies these days, not leaving any stone unturned. He is proving to be the most hardworking of the star campaigners appointed by the party for these parliamentary polls. Beginning the day with a visit to Rishikesh to take stock of PM Modi’s rally, scheduled for tomorrow, he reached Kashipur to address a rally in support of the BJP candidate from Nainital-Udham Singh Nagar constituency and Union Minister Ajay Bhatt. He then proceeded to Someshwar (District Almora) to address a rally there in support of BJP candidate from Almora-Pithoragarh constituency, Ajay Tamta.

Later, he reached Ramnagar (District Nainital), which comes under the Pauri Garhwal Lok Sabha constituency, to campaign for BJP candidate Anil Baluni and addressed a rally there, too.

Dhami, who reached Maldhan area of Ramnagar Assembly Constituency, addressed a huge public meeting for BJP candidate Anil Baluni.

Here, he enumerated the achievements of the Union and the State Governments in his speech. As this was the second day of the Chaitra Navratri, he also performed a puja, worshipping a girl in Ramnagar, and gave her gifts on the occasion.

Earlier, CM Dhami held a public meeting for BJP candidate Ajay Tamta in Someshwar. A huge crowd of BJP workers gathered at today’s road show. CM Pushkar Singh Dhami reached the Ramlila Maidan after the road show, where he addressed a rally. He said that Narendra Modi has to be made the Prime Minister of the country for the third time in order to ensure continued development and growth. He observed that after Modi became the PM, India gained respect at a global level. Dhami also enumerated the achievements of the Central Government. He said that PM Modi has taken many big decisions in the interest of the country. After Modi becomes the Prime Minister for the third time, the concept of making India a developed India by 2047 would be realised. State Cabinet Minister and Someshwar MLA Rekha Arya also addressed the rally.

Earlier, Dhami also addressed a rally in Kashipur seeking votes for BJP candidate Ajay Bhatt.
