Dehradun, 4 Aug: In a significant step towards environmental conservation, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami visited Sainik School Ghorakhal, today. The visit included a special tree plantation drive under the ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ mission.
During the visit, the Chief Minister was warmly received by Group Caption VS Dangwal and other officials. Highlighting the importance of environmental conservation, the Chief Minister joined the students in planting saplings on the school premises. The ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ mission, aimed at honouring mothers by planting trees in their names, received appreciation from the attendees.
Initiatives like ‘Ek Tree Maa Ke Naam’ not only contribute to a greener future but also inculcate a sense of respect and gratitude towards our mothers.
