Uttarkashi, 23 Nov: A Chief Minister’s Camp Office has been set up in Matli in district Uttarkashi in view of the ongoing rescue operation in Silkyara tunnel. It may be recalled that, since last night, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has been camping in Uttarkashi to oversee the rescue operation. The office has been set up to ensure that the government work is not affected due to rescue operations.
Speaking to the media persons, informally, the CM disclosed that PM Modi again sought updates on the progress of rescue operations today.
Official sources claimed that the CM is likely to stay in Uttarkashi till the completion of the rescue operation, which has been delayed due to unforeseen hurdles time and again.
