Dehradun, 30 Jul: The DDPSA Council Junior and Senior Girls’ Table Tennis Tournament Final matches were played at The Heritage School today. The School Principal Dr Anju Tyagi and the School Counsellor, Charu Chaudhary, greeted the children.
The Senior Category Individual match was played between Summer Valley School and Welham Girls’ School. It was won by Sanaya Sachdeva of Summer Valley School with a score of 3–0.
The Junior Individual Category final match was played between Summer Valley School and Summer Valley School. In this category Jahnvi Rawat won the match with a set score of 3–2. The Senior Category Final match was played between Welham Girls’ School and Summer Valley School. In this category Summer Valley School won the match with a set score of 3–0.
The Junior Category Team Final match was played between Summer Valley School and Welham Girls’ School. In this category Summer Valley School won the match with a set score of 4–1.
The Senior Category Championship Trophy was awarded to Summer Valley School, as also the Junior Category Team Championship Trophy.
The Principal of The Heritage School, Dr Anju Tyagi and School Counsellor Charu Chaudhary, felicitated the winners.
