Dehradun, 30 August: The Doon International School Riverside Campus recently hosted the third edition of its TEDx event, themed ‘I Have a Story to Tell.’ The day was filled with inspiring personal narratives from a diverse lineup of speakers.
Berain Bohra, Head Boy of Doon International School City Campus, began the event with a moving speech on overcoming personal challenges, emphasizing the importance of hope and resilience.
Dr Sanjeev Chopra, a former IAS officer captivated the audience with his reflections on the slogan “Jai Jawan Jai Kisan,” given by former Prime Minister of India, Lal Bahadur Shastri.
Jyotika Sandeep Bedi, founder of ‘Happiness is Love,’ spoke about mental well-being and self-love, reminding the audience of the need to build emotional resilience.
Vikramjit Singh, founder of Alivaa Group of Hotels, shared his journey of innovation and leadership, emphasizing the value of embracing failures as opportunities.
Bollywood star Khushboo Grewal inspired the audience to pursue their dreams with perseverance, while Bhavika Arora, Academic Coordinator at the Riverside Campus, concluded with a heartfelt talk on facing life’s challenges with humor and grace.
