DEHRADUN, 5 Mar: Students of Ecole Globale will be a part of an overseas volunteering project and internship programme in Nepal.
The Ecoliers will venture out for an experiential learning programme with Projects Abroad in Nepal during this summer.
They will work towards providing essential support to care workers at the Amarapur Child Care Centre.
The activities would revolve around taking care of children and enhancing their development through a range of activities, including arts and crafts and educational games. They will also learn about conservation of local flora and fauna.
The Projects Abroad programme is said to be a life changing and an eye opening programme that enhances communication skills, leadership and teamwork. Young enthusiastic students get a chance to interact and work with likeminded peers towards a common goal. This will definitely expose the children to an empathetic environment and strengthen their Emotional Quotient.
