In this context, Additional Secretary Lalit Mohan Rayal has written a letter to the Director of Vigilance, informing about the permission to file cases against the culprits in the matter. The Uttarakhand Police Sub Inspector Recruitment Examination was conducted by GB Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pant Nagar in 2015, in which the preliminary inquiry revealed paper leak as well as tampering of OMR (Answer sheets).
