Dehradun, 14 Apr: The Alumni Meet 2019 of Graphic Era University was held at which credit for the alumni’s success was given to the institution. They sincerely acknowledged the contribution of their professors who were technically updated and in sync with the times.
Sameer Goel, (Associate Director, Moody’s Analytic and Knowledge Services) of the 2005 BCA batch claimed that his decision to study at Graphic Era University was one of the best he had made. He added that the University, which laid its foundations with a set of two classrooms, had now expanded into two universities and 3 campuses with more than 30,000 students placed globally in different industries.
Chirayu Joshi, Technical Specialist, HCL, of the 2005-09 BTech (IT) batch, said that the University not only provided good infrastructure but also advanced technology for better exposure of the students.
Squadron Leader Neha Bisht, a proud alumna of Graphic Era University, gave the credit for her success to the teachers and the University.
On this occasion, the Chancellor of Graphic Era University, while addressing the alumni, said that the role of an alumnus was to strengthen the bond and to establish footprints for the upcoming generations to follow.
The other alumni present at the event were Nishant Sharma (Hexawere Technologies), Shivam Arora (Infosys Ltd), Chirag Gahlaut (Star India), Mohit Kumar (Moody’s Analytics), Vinay Shukla (Asian Paints), Ranjan Cheema (Patanjali Ayurved Ltd), Rahul Gaur (Reliance Jio Telecom Ltd) and others.
