Haridwar Press Club to celebrate Hindi Journalism Day



Haridwar, 28 May: The Haridwar Press Club will celebrate Hindi Journalism Day on 30 May at 11 a.m.

Uttarakhand Director General of Police Abhinav Kumar will be the Chief Guest in the programme organised in the auditorium of the Press Club located in Devpura. The keynote speaker will be Delhi’s national journalist Shamsher Singh.

This information was given by President of the Press Club, Amit Kumar Sharma, and General Secretary Dr Pradeep Kumar Joshi.

The main coordinator of the program, Adesh Tyagi and coordinator Sanjay Arya said that, on this occasion, the students securing the highest marks in the journalism faculty of Gurukul Kangri University, Dev Sanskriti University and Uttarakhand Sanskrit University will be awarded with the Sant Harischandra Singh Bhati, Yogi Shobhanath and Baba Ramswaroop Faralia Memorial Gold Medal Awards. Preparations for the programme are in full swing.
