Dehradun, 15 Oct: The Indian Air Force Selection Board, here, conducted career guidance session for the students of Doon University.
They were warmly welcomed by VIce Chancellor Prof Dr Surekha Dangwal, who said in her opening statement that the students of the University have the zeal to join the forces.
A team of veterans from the Vayu Veer Vijeta Car Rally that is going from Thoise in Ladakh to Tawang in Arunachal Pradesh led by a team of senior veterans also guided the students on careers in the Indian Air Force, Indian Navy and Indian Army.
Tarun Vijay a leading journalist and ex-Member of Parliament, who was a part of the rally also addressed the students. The event was coordinated by Dr Swati Bisht, Director, Training & Placements.
