The Governor said that public relations can play an important role in understanding India’s soul, its cultural values, and the sentiments of its people, and in presenting them in the right manner. He said that the participation of public relations is essential in realizing Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision of Viksit Bharat @ 2047, because development cannot gain momentum without effective communication.
