DEHRADUN, 10 Mar: Indian Society for Training & Development Dehradun Chapter conducted a two days training programme “Train the Trainers” in a hotel. In this training programme a total number of 26 middle and senior management professionals participated from public and private sectors like UJVNL, SJVNL, PTCUL, THDC, UERC, ONGC, IGL and Minakshi Chemicals.
The programme was conducted by very experienced faculty members comprising Prof. Dr. S. Rangnekar, DoMS IIT Roorkee, Dr. AC Joshi, Director HR UJVNL and S.K. Sharma, former Chief General Manager ONGC. The programme was inaugurated by BCK Mishra, Managing Director UPCL and Ashish Kumar, Director, HR PTCUL was present as Chief Guest in the concluding session.
The programme was very well designed by the faculty members which included Training Need Assessment, Training Design, Digital Pedagogy for first day. And for second day it included Adult Learning, Training Feedback, Qualities of a Good Trainer, etc. The programme was acclaimed and appreciated by the participants who wanted such programs to be held more often for fostering a culture of developing human resource in general in Uttarakhand.
Rajendra Singh, Honorary Secretary and Anup Kumar, Treasurer of ISTD Chapter played an active role in organising this training programme.
