Mussoorie, 24 Sep: A general meeting of Jayshree Club, a cultural and social organisation, was held in the auditorium of Green Hotel located on the Mall Road, here, today. It was chaired by the club president, Madhuri Tamta, and conducted by founder Manoj Tamta.
Founder Manoj Tamta provided information about the work of Jayshree Club and said that the club continuously participates in the State Foundation Day celebrations and Mussoorie Festival programmes and gives beautiful performances. Currently, its artists also participated in the Mussoorie Talent Show and played a leading role, for which they all deserve congratulations.
Thirty new artists, impressed by the work being done by the club, decided to join, and were made members.
Soon some important programmes will be organised by the club in which artists will be taken forward and their talent honed.
Chief Guest at the general meeting, Vikas Chauhan said that Jayshree Club has been continuously honing artists for more than 30 years. On this occasion, Sanjeev Bachchwan, Suresh Kumar Yadav, Advocate, Urmila Bachchwan, Rampal Bharti, Sanjay Tamta, Deepak Tamta, Meena, Khushi, Priya, Shanu, Anjali, Tamanna Chauhan, Vanshika, Priyanka Baluni, Simran, Anamika, Shweta, Sapna Chauhan, Manuraj Tamta, etc., were also present.
