Dehradun, 6 Feb: In a hit and run case, one person was arrested after the death of a Zomato delivery boy, recently, in Dehradun in an accident, police said on Tuesday.
According to police investigations, Arun Kumar (37) was taken into custody after the police reached his rented house at Kotra Santur near Suddhowala area and found the unregistered Baleno car which had hit the bike of Vatan Singh, the delivery boy on 31 January. After the accident, Singh died in hospital.
After careful investigations of the broken mirror of the Baleno car parts of which were found on the road, mobile location and CCTV footage, the police managed to nab Kumar from his rented house.
