Rishikesh, 1 Aug: A mental health awareness session was held at Swami Dayananda Saraswati SCP Inter College, Rishikesh, today, facilitated by Dr Mukul Sharma, a respected clinical psychologist with deep experience in adolescent and institutional mental health.

The session focused on the emotional well-being of teachers and staff, creating a safe and reflective space to discuss stress, burnout, and mental resilience in today’s demanding educational environment.

The interactive session was attended by members of the school staff and management, including Saurabh Agarwal, Dolly Uniyal, Priyanka Prajapati, Ankit Tuteja, Shivani Haldar, Savita Dubey, and Neelam.
