Dehradun, 28 Aug: Soldiers’ Welfare Minister Ganesh Joshi today reviewed various development works being carried out through UPNL at his camp office, here, today. On this occasion, he directed the officials to ensure better coordination with the district administration and the revenue department so that the works can move forward effectively.
Joshi said that the state government is committed to the welfare of ex-servicemen and their dependants, and in this direction, the role of UPNL is very important. He expressed hope that all development works being carried out through UPNL would be completed in a timely and qualitative manner so that the benefits of the schemes can reach the maximum number of beneficiaries.
