DEHRADUN, 1 Jan: Mussoorie MLA Ganesh Joshi celebrated the New Year by distributing blankets at the Leprosy Home on Sahastradhara Road. He said this was a fitting way to being a new year.
More than a hundred blankets were distributed on the occasion. He expressed the hope that these would help somewhat combat the rigours of the winter season. He also stated his resolve to distribute more blankets to the needy while the cold lasted.
Present on the occasion were Gram Pradhan Samir Pundeer, Pramod Rawat, Sanjay Thapliyal, Corporator Sanjay Nautiyal, etc.
