Dehradun, 23 Aug: The blissful encounter of the moon with the Earth was celebrated with pride and great enthusiasm in both the universities of Graphic Era. Huge screens were set up in Graphic Era Deemed University and Graphic Era Hill University for the students to witness the live telecast of the Chandrayaan- 3 landing. Students were euphoric after watching the phenomenal scene of Chandrayaan landing on the moon.
Students had their eyes focused on the screen to see this historic moment of national pride. As soon as Chandrayaan safely landed on the moon, it was a moment of victory and euphoria for everyone. Students started celebrating with joy. The chanting of patriotic slogans, dancing and singing kept going on for a while. While sweets were being distributed, the scene at both universities was like that of a national festival.
Graphic Era Group of Institutions’ Chairman, Dr Kamal Ghanshala said it is a historic success on the world map. The scientists of India have once again proven to be remarkable. Having the most number of youngsters in the world, India is a country of phenomenal efficiency and talent. Dr Ghansahala congratulated the scientists on this great moment that has made the country proud.
