Dehradun, 8 Apr: Committee Member of Uttarakhand BJP Shaurya Doval met the state unit’s Acting President, Naresh Bansal, here, today. He also met Media In-charge Dr Devendra Bhasin and Head of Social Media Cell Ajendra Ajay.
During the meeting, they discussed several election related issues. Doval wished the party luck for the upcoming elections. He also visited the BJP War Room and encouraged the team to work with complete dedication and enthusiasm.
During the day, he also visited Pashulok Barrage, Rishikesh, Kanaavachila, Gujjar Basti, Gaidikhata, Kankhal, Ganga Ghat and Brahmapuri Krishna Ashram in Haridwar.
He is campaigning for the upcoming 2019 Lok Sabha elections and has appealed to the locals to vote for BJP in the state. He also extended his support to the Pauri BJP candidate Tirath Singh Rawat.
On the occasion, Shaurya Doval said, “It’s a great honour for me to extend my support to our party. I stand with my party and would support it in all ways possible. Tirath Singh Rawat is a deserving and hardworking candidate. As an acting National Secretary for BJP, Tirath has been working with due diligence. I appeal to the people here to go and righteously vote for the desirable candidate.”
He added that it was evident that the people of Uttarakhand wished to see Narendra Modi as their Prime Minister again in 2019 and the party would retain power.
