Dehradun, 27 Dec: The Gurudwara Shri Hemkunt Sahib Management Trust has expressed its gratitude to the Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami for the decision to name the Govindghat Ghagharia Road as Sahibzada Zorawar Singh Marg and the Bidora Chhevin Patshahi Gate to Dhoomkheda road as Sahibzada Fateh Singh Marg. The Trust has described it as a significant step, a tribute to the martyrdom of the two Sahibzadas on the occasion of Veer Bal Diwas.
Sahibzada Zorawar Singh and Sahibzada Fateh Singh, the sons of Guru Gobind Singh, sacrificed their lives for their faith and principles. Their story of bravery and martyrdom will continue to inspire future generations.
The Trust maintains that this initiative not only honours the memories of Sahibzada Zorawar Singh and Sahibzada Fateh Singh, but also strengthens the values of courage, conviction, and sacrifice that they embodied.
On behalf of the Gurudwara Shri Hemkunt Sahib Management Trust and the millions of devotees who visit Hemkunt Sahib, Narendra Jeet Singh Bindra, Chairman of the Trust has commended the Chief Minister.
