DEHRADUN, 10 Jun: In a major push toward empowering women entrepreneurs and promoting mindful fashion, Swati Khanduri Dimri, Co-Founder of the mindful clothing brand ‘House of Swasha’, held a courtesy meeting with state Cabinet Minister for Skill Development & Employment, Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development, and Fisheries, Saurabh Bahuguna, at his official residence, here, today.

During the meeting, Swati Khanduri Dimri, a proud native of Uttarakhand, presented the Cabinet Minister with specially designed apparel crafted from 100% Bamboo and Organic Cotton, developed through the brand’s in-house fabric research.

Swati Khanduri Dimri has deep ties to the state capital, having completed her education at Dehradun’s prestigious St Joseph’s Academy and DAV (P.G.) College. After successfully establishing and scaling the brand in Hyderabad alongside her business partner Shachi Pal (an alumnus of the prestigious National Institute of Fashion Technology – NIFT, Gandhinagar, specializing in Apparel Designing), these women entrepreneurs are now turning their focus back to their roots. Driven by the vision of ‘Vocal for Local’, House of Swasha aims to strengthen Uttarakhand’s local economy and collaborate directly with state government departments through vendor empanelment.

House of Swasha is an entirely women-led enterprise dedicated to women empowerment and eco-friendly textile innovation. Combining Shachi Pal’s design expertise with Swati’s vision, the brand’s signature lineup features high-utility, mindfully manufactured products, including: High-utility windcheaters; Premium winter hoodies; 100% organic cotton t-shirts; Eco-friendly, anti-bacterial bamboo socks.

Cabinet Minister Bahuguna highly commended this excellent initiative. He praised the premium quality of the fabric developed by ‘House of Swasha’ and extended his appreciation for the fine work and precision they are bringing to the t-shirt industry.
