Dehradun, 14 Jun: The Uttarakhand State Ophthalmological Society (UKSOS) is all set to organise a CME, “AIOS – ARC Symposium”, for Eye Surgeons, here, on 16 June. The one-day conference will focus on the most common eye diseases in the elderly, like Cataract and Glaucoma.
The objective of this conference is to update Eye Surgeons from Uttarakhand and surrounding region in the field of Ophthalmology.
Almost 200 Eye Surgeons of national repute, registered Ophthalmologists of Uttarakhand and nearby regions, with 50-60 PG Students from Medical Colleges will participate in various programmes such as presentations and guest lectures. SSTC sessions and special Wet Lab sessions will be organised at Drishti Eye Institute. This Symposium is expected to provide a wealth of learning for practicing Ophthalmologists.
