Gairsain, 26 Oct: In view of the forthcoming Uttarakhand Assembly session to be held at Gairsain, Uttarakhand Power Corporation Limited (UPCL) Managing Director PC Dhyani today visited Bhararisain and inspected the corporation’s sub-station and power infrastructure to assess preparedness for the event.
During the inspection, Dhyani reviewed the arrangements in place for ensuring uninterrupted electricity supply during the Assembly session and directed the officials concerned to make adequate and reliable power supply arrangements. He emphasised the need for seamless electricity services throughout the duration of the session and instructed officials to ensure that all systems remain fully operational.
The MD also reviewed the status of the electrical network and preparedness measures being undertaken by UPCL to meet the anticipated power requirements during the Assembly proceedings at Bhararisain.
Chief Engineer (Garhwal) NS Bisht, Superintending Engineer (SE) Gaurav Sharma, Superintending Engineer (SE) SN Verma, Executive Engineers, SDOs and the JEs accompanied the MD during the inspection and briefed him on the arrangements being made for the smooth conduct of the upcoming Assembly session.
