Veteran journo Sanjay Pandey appointed National Organisational Secretary, AISNA

DEHRADUN, 16 Jun: Veteran Journalist Sanjay Pandey has been appointed as the National Organisational Secretary of All India Small Newspapers Association (AISNA). National President of the Association, Shiv Shankar Tripathy, confirmed his appointment to the key post.

Starting his journalistic career with an eveninger, Doon Valley Mail, Pandey was guided in his earlier career by its editor, Kanti Kumar.

Besides working under the tutelage of his father, the late BN Pandey, Sanjay Pandey worked with senior journalists of earlier times, the late Pratap Singh Parwana, the late Rakesh Chandola and the late Ram Prakash Tiwari amongst others.

He worked with various esteemed newspapers and media channels and is still very much active in the print and digital media.

On his appointment, Pandey said he will work to strengthen the All India Small Newspapers Association in the country, starting from his home state of Uttarakhand.

Earlier, National President of the Association, Shiv Shankar Tripathy, handed over the appointment letter to Sanjay Pandey at a meeting held in Dehradun, which was attended by office bearers both at the national and state levels.

Association’s national Vice President Gurdeep Singh ‘Tony’, National General Secretary Arti Tripathy and Arun Tripathy were prominent among those present on the occasion.
