Dehradun, 9 Sep: Vishwas Davar, Vice President of the Uttarakhand Infrastructure Monitoring Council, addressed the 3rd International Technology Congress (ITC-2026) held at the prestigious Patriot Expo in the Moscow region of Russia. Being held from 8 to 10 September, this international conference was attended by over 800 speakers and delegates from over 40 countries. The Congress discussed global collaboration and innovation in various fields, including deeptech, artificial intelligence, autonomous systems, cybersecurity, and future technologies.
In his keynote address, Davar shared his views on technological leadership, cross-border innovation, and building a strong global technology ecosystem. He emphasised that, in a rapidly changing technological world, it is crucial to promote collaboration, knowledge exchange, and innovation among different countries. He also emphasised the need to integrate future technologies with global development and economic progress.
Davar stated that ITC-2026 provided a common platform for innovators, technology experts, entrepreneurs, and visionaries. Discussions focused on deeptech and future technologies, as well as the potential for international technical cooperation. He added that such international events provide an opportunity for various countries to showcase their technological capabilities and explore new opportunities for potential partnerships.
The Congress covered a wide range of technological topics, including smart control systems, cross-domain unmanned systems, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, computing and data storage, service robots, industrial software, space research, telecommunications, satellite and aerospace engineering. Russian and international developers and integrators also presented digital solutions for complex infrastructure projects and industries.
According to the organisers, over 800 speakers from over 40 countries presented their views on topics related to international information security, technical standards, labour productivity, startup development, and the digital economy. Over 5,000 C-level representatives from government bodies, enterprises, and industry associations from various countries were also invited for business meetings and dialogues.
Davar described it as an honor to represent India at the International Technology Congress. He stated that India’s active participation in the global dialogue on technology, innovation, and the future is crucial.
The Congress also held a plenary session on “The Technological Future of Eurasia: Autonomous Systems in Global Markets.” Additionally, B2B meetings with Russian companies were arranged for interested international participants, with the aim of fostering potential technological and business partnerships in various sectors.
The Congress Organizing Committee was chaired by Anton Alikhanov, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. The event is also linked to the ‘Science and Business’ initiative under the Decade of Science and Technology (2022-2031).
